There is never enough time to talk about all the things you need to talk about in any given class period.  But some topics lend themselves nicely to short instructional videos.  Especially demonstrations that involve some step-by-step instructions on how to use a particular tool or software on the computer.  This video shows students how to use a pre-made Excel template to create a linear model based on a set of data as well as how Excel has built-in tools to create those models for you.
